Eric said something many tournaments ago that stuck with me. He likes sad songs, but they don't do as well against their happier, catchier counterparts. Well since I love a good genre fight....
Your first 4 songs will be happy.
Your 5th song can either be happy or sad
Your last 4 songs will be sad.
Eric gets the 10th song - you will have 5 happy, then 5 sad songs
Now what constitutes happy and sad? That's really up to you, but overall the tone should be apparent. I'm not vetting the lists because it's too subjective. Don't be a dick and try to sneak something in
