Once in a lifetime

Description

Stages of Life

A life told in nine imperfect chapters—less a straight line, more a series of collisions, reinventions, and quiet realizations. Each stage carries its own soundtrack: wonder, arrogance, love, monotony, grief, and, eventually, release.

1. Into the Blue Yonder (Birth)
The beginning before memory—weightless, vast, and full of possibility. A soft landing into something infinite.

2. Kid Gloves
Everything is protected, padded, and bright. The world feels safe, even when it isn’t.

3. Adolesce (Wild n’ Wonderful)
Energy without direction. First tastes of freedom, identity half-formed, everything turned up too loud.

4. Teenage Dirtbag
Awkwardness, rebellion, and the ache of wanting to belong. Big feelings in small rooms.

5. College Cool Kid
Curated confidence. Late nights, loose plans, and the illusion that you’re becoming exactly who you meant to be.

6. Gettin’ Married
Choosing someone in a world of options. Love steadies, deepens, and asks more of you.

7. Your Stupid Job
Routine sets in. Ambition meets reality. You learn what it means to keep going anyway.

8. Loss of a Loved One
Everything slows. The music changes. Absence becomes its own presence.

9. Retirement (Mic Drop)
Letting go of the roles you carried. A quieter kind of freedom—earned, imperfect, and yours.
