This tournament, which may or may not be based on personal experience, has you looking for artists and groups that have switched up their sound over their career. We are looking for major, even radical, departures in sound, style, genre, and approach. The nice little band from Liverpool playing good natured pop songs taken from black blues artists ended up international superstars making experimental acid rock songs in less than a decade. Stuff like that. Tracks don't need to be pulled from far away in time, however, if the artist created a real collectic record where the songs are total 180's.
Each player, except Ed, will select 4 artists/groups to select two songs from that are extremely different from each other. But that doesn't equal 9 songs!? So for one of those artists you get to choose three songs.
Ed gets to select five artists for two songs each for winning the last tourney.
First come first come first serve for artists so get them lists in to be sure you get to have the artists you want.
No repeat songs from prior tourneys - please use the Quarmaster to check for dupes.
