I was going to hold off on running the next Q until after the holidays because I'll be using all of December to work on my 2025 playlist, which I need to pare down from 144 songs, then put in a fun order. But instead of laying in a hiatus we might not come back from, I'll just kill two birds here.
The new theme is songs you were into in 2025. I bet you were into some songs in 2025 too. I bet a bunch of you are already making 2025 playlists. You might even be done.
For my personal year-ending playlist, I usually try to avoid songs I've already used in Quarantournament, but songs other people used in Quarantrounament that I liked the best are fair game. I'll probably use less than 10% songs that actually came out in 2025 because I'm always a few years behind what's up. I'm personally looking to make a snapshot playlist of songs that I enjoyed more than others this year, and set aside for future interest.
Maybe you want to use your 10 best songs from your personal 2025 playlist, or the last ten songs that missed the cut, or some combination. I'm going to pretty loose with the vetting on this one. In fact, I'm going to shut off the "Administrator must vet all playlists" option.
