Q91 - Long Odds

Description

Throughout history there are many examples of battles being fought by lopsided opponents. Sometime the gritty underdog pulls out a win like the English at battle of Argncourt in 1415, and sometimes they are crushed by the empire, like the polish army facing off against both the Red Army and the Wehrmacht in 1939.

So to Ludibrium and Dune your mom, finalists of the Q91 mini game, congratulations. You are the Grand Empire, you have 20 and 19 songs respectively.
But Empires are burdened with the weight of their own bureaucracy and therefore you have rules. You must have 2 songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, and 2010s. You must have at least 8 women and 8 people of color. You can mix and match these qualifiers all you like, please provide the rules the songs match in the description field.

To the rest, you have no rules and 5 songs, so make them count. Pressure is on the empire because no one is giving you a shot in hell to pull this one out.
One song per artist to keep things rounded. Songs will be seeded randomly to reflect the chaotic nature of battle.
Good luck and Godspeed gentlemen

Seeding: Randomly
